Dana A. Baetz began his building career in 1989 on a log building course 
at the B. Allan Mackie School Of Log Building in Prince George, B.C.. 

He quickly realized that building wooden houses 
was more than just a hobby, it was a way of life. 

He began his apprenticeship and within a few years had gained 
enough experience to be an instructor with Allan Mackie 
in Japan, Sweden, Germany, Denmark and Romania. 

 Between teaching he went on to be the production manager of 
a log home company that produced homes for the Japanese market. 

During this time he was involved in over 100 projects. 
Four of them winning awards in Japan. 

 After years of training, teaching and managing, and much learning, 
Dana decided it was time to create his own company.

His company allows the kind of personal connection to the customer, 
and the hands-on control and attention that only an owner / builder can achieve.
